ترانه های ضد جنگ

این ترانه را کت استیونس در سال 1971 نوشت و اجرا کرد. این ترانه در جدول یکصد آهنگ برتر «بیل بورد» تا مکان هفتم بالا رفت و به اولین آهنگ کت استیونس تبدیل شد که به جدول بهترین ده آهنگ روز آمریکا راه یافت. 

ترانه های پاپ با مضمون صلح در دوران جنگ ویتنام بسیار رایج بودند و کت استیونس نیز این ترانه را به دنبال ترانه

Give Peace a Chance جان لنون (1969) نوشت.

کت استیونس بعدها گقت که این ترانه را هنگامی که با قطار در سفر بود و به آلفرد هیچکاک فکر می کرد، نوشت (بسیاری از فیلم های آلفرد هیچکاک در قطار اتفاق می افتند.)
