اطلاعیه مهم کنگره ایرانیان کانادا: تغییر ساعات رای گیری در روز یکشنبه 29 اپریل

به دنبال اعلام برگزاری مراسم بزرگ گرامیداشت یاد قربانیان فاجعه خیابان یانگ در میدان مل لستمن در عصر یکشنبه 29 اپریل، هیئت مدیره کنگره ایرانیان کانادا ساعات انجام رای گیری و برگزاری مجمع عمومی را تغییر داد.

طبق اطلاعیه های قبلی زمان مجمع عمومی سالیانه و انتخابات هیئت مدیره روز یکشنبه 29 اپریل از ساعت 2 تا 5 بعدازظهر در سالن اجتماعات شهرداری نورت یورک  تعیین شده بود، که اینک تاریخ و مکان آن همان است ولی ساعات آن به جای 2 تا 5، به 10 صبح تا 3 بعدازظهر تغییر یافته.

ساعات اضافی برای رای دادن

همچنین برای آن دسته کسانی که موفق نشوند در ساعات مذکور رای خود را به صندوق بریزند، 2 ساعت اضافی (7ـ5 بعدازظهر همان روز) در مکان دیگری در  همان منطقه در (یانگ و فینچ) تعیین شده.

بدین ترتیب ساعات رای گیری مجمع عمومی به قرار زیر است:

Date and location remain the same: Sunday April 29, 2018. North York Civic Centre, Council Chamber, 5100 Yonge Street, Toronto.

 Additional voting hours, Sunday April 29, 2018

 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Party Room at 7 Lorraine Drive, Toronto (Major intersection: Yonge and Finch).

Here is an important announcement from the ICC Board of Directors:

Dear Members of the Iranian Canadian Congress, 

 Earlier this afternoon we have been informed by the Facility Management at North York Civic Centre that because of the Vigil that’s organized at Mel Lastman Square this Sunday night for victims of the Toronto van attack they are closing the building at 4PM. Due to this unforeseen change after careful consideration and consultation with the Election Committee we are changing the voting time and the time for the General Meeting on Sunday as following:

Early voting from 10AM-3PM

General Meeting starts at 1PM

Date and location remain the same: Sunday April 29, 2018. North York Civic Centre, Council Chamber, 5100 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Update: Additional voting hours 5-7PM 

After careful consideration of the circumstances and based on the recommendations from the Election Committee we are providing additional voting hours later in the afternoon on Sunday April 29, 2018 to accommodate all members interested to vote: 

5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, Party Room at 7 Lorraine Drive, Toronto (Major intersection: Yonge and Finch).
